Because of the personalized and energy-based nature of our sessions, once a booking or payment has been made, it cannot be canceled or refunded under any circumstances.

This policy ensures commitment from both sides and allows us to maintain the sacred integrity of the process.

2. Applicability

This policy applies to:

  • All one-on-one online sessions (SCA, QHHT, or spiritual coaching).

  • All digital courses, workshops, and spiritual training programs conducted online.

  • Any other digital or energy-based services purchased through our website.

3. No Refund Policy

  • Once the payment is successfully made for any session or online course, it is non-refundable.

  • Payments are considered final, as each session involves personal energy alignment, time allocation, and preparation specifically for you.

  • No partial or full refunds will be provided for any reason, including change of mind, delay in joining, or dissatisfaction with results, as outcomes vary by individual consciousness and readiness.

4. Rescheduling Policy

  • For one-on-one sessions, you may reschedule once if you inform us at least 48 hours before your booked time.

  • Rescheduling requests made less than 48 hours before the session will not be accepted and will be considered as completed.

  • No refunds or credits will be issued for missed or unattended sessions.

5. Service Commitment

We are fully committed to delivering the highest-quality spiritual guidance. Each session or course is conducted with intention, care, and dedication to your personal transformation.

However, please understand that individual results depend on your own openness, participation, and readiness to heal and evolve.

6. Cancellation by Spiritual Consciousness

In rare cases where we must postpone or cancel a session due to unforeseen circumstances, you will be offered an alternate session date or full session credit to be used later. No monetary refunds will be provided.
