3. Session Recordings
All SCA sessions conducted through spiritualconsciousness.in are video recorded to provide clients with a full replay of their session experience.
A copy of the recording will be made available to the client for personal reflection and growth.
We will not share, publish, or distribute any session information, recordings, or client data without explicit written or verbal consent from the client.
Clients are responsible for downloading and securing their recordings once received.
4. Confidentiality
We maintain the confidentiality of all client information and session content in accordance with applicable laws.
No details will be disclosed to third parties unless required by law or with the client’s informed consent.
5. Payment and Cancellation Policy
Full payment is required prior to the commencement of the session unless otherwise agreed in writing.
Payments are non-refundable once the session has begun.
Clients must provide at least 24 hours’ notice to reschedule an appointment.
Failure to attend a scheduled session without proper notice may result in the forfeiture of payment.
6. No Guarantees
Each client’s experience is unique, and results may vary.
We do not guarantee any specific outcome, healing, or result from the SCA sessions.
Your openness, readiness, and participation are key factors influencing your experience.
7. Intellectual Property
All content provided through spiritualconsciousness.in, including but not limited to text, images, logos, session frameworks, and recordings (excluding individual client sessions), are the intellectual property of the site owner.
